Zafran Indian Kitchen has launched a tantalizing limited-edition menu, featuring an array of innovative dishes crafted to delight the senses and satisfy culinary cravings.
From perfectly grilled kebabs to fragrant biryanis, Daawat-e-Zafran promises to delight every palate with a symphony of flavours and spices certain to be appreciated by all when dining together.
Seafood lovers can further indulge in a succulent Grilled Salmon Tikka, marinated in dill, garlic, and lemon, and served with chef’s special lemon butter sauce, mashed potatoes, and grilled exotic vegetables. Or they can indulge in the regal splendour of the Persian Style Lamb Chops, char-grilled to perfection.
The menu boasts Murgh Dhaniya and Malai Kebab, a Delhi-style bone-in chicken kebab infused with cream and spices, and the Murgh Angaar Tikka, featuring boneless chicken thigh marinated in chef-special spices and Kashmiri chili, creating a burst of flavour for those looking for something fiery.
