Onyx Arena, one of the newest and most advanced music venues under MDLBEAST, brought Jeddah Season 2024 to a thrilling close with its third and final concert on August 16, 2024. The event, a full sellout show, featured electrifying performances from some of the biggest names in the global music scene, creating an unforgettable night for thousands of fans.
Saudi-born DJ Loush
The evening kicked off with a high-energy set by DJ Loush, whose signature melodic house beats ignited the crowd’s enthusiasm. The peak of excitement and creativity came with mixing the famous song Satisfaction to the rhythm of the Egyptian drum, and presenting the famous song Ayeh El Yom El Helw Dah (What A Lovely Day) in an amazing mix of tunes and rhythms of electronic music, to spread a unique experience of fun and excitement. His performance in Jeddah was a testament to his growing influence, as the audience danced and sang along to his carefully curated tracks.
American singer and songwriter Bebe Rexha
Next on stage was American singer and songwriter Bebe Rexha, who captivated the audience with her powerful vocals and diverse collection. She concluded her show with her impressive I’m Good, one of her most popular songs. Rexha’s set, filled with hit songs that have topped charts worldwide, showcased her remarkable talent not only as a performer but also as a songwriter for global superstars like Eminem, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, and Nick Jonas. Her ability to blend emotion with energy kept the crowd fully engaged throughout her performance.
Dutch DJ and Producer Afrojack
The night reached its peak with a stunning finale by Grammy-winning Dutch DJ and producer Afrojack. His performance, a masterful mix of his biggest hits, was accompanied by an exceptional laser show that transformed the arena into a vibrant, pulsating display. Afrojack’s performance, blending technical skill with a captivating stage presence, delivered a truly stunning finale that mesmerized the audience, with amazing remixes including the most popular songs of Titanium, Love Tonight, and A Sky Full of Stars.
The Onyx Arena concert shows, organized by MDLBEAST in partnership with Jeddah Season 2024, spanned three consecutive Fridays, each showcasing a star-studded lineup. The series began on August 2 with performances by Shaolin, Lil Eazy, Don Toliver, and Axwell. The second concert on August 9 featured Jeed, Saud, Jack Harlow, and Salvatore Ganacci, further solidifying the arena’s reputation as a premier destination for world-class entertainment.
The Onyx Arena, spanning 26,000 square meters, is a state-of-the-art venue equipped with the latest in sound and lighting technology. With a capacity of over 12,000 attendees and ample parking for an equal number of vehicles, it is poised to become a central hub for concerts, events, and global conferences in the region.
